Bereavements

Regretfully, Mr. William Wangalo, brother of Mrs. Edna Wangalo Walker passed away on March 23rd in Monrovia, Liberia after a period of protracted illness. He is survived by Edna and Napoleon Yuwar Walker, two children and a host of relatives. A memorial service is being planned and will be announced shortly.

Women of Christ 6th Anniversary Conference

The Women of Christ will be hosting their 6th Anniversary Conference here in Columbus Ohio on April 14-17, 2011. The event will feature ministers of the Gospel from all across the United States and the globe. Visit our Events Page for more details.

LICI 1st Quarter General Meeting

Liberians in Columbus held their 1st Quarter General meeting on March 20, 2011 at Rescue the Perishing Ministries. The event was well attended with members of the community discussing various issues. Issues discussed included Dr. Leroy Boikai's, President of LICI, trip to Liberia to secure a relationship with Phebe Hospital as host sight for a medical mission later this year. The official bereavement policy was also voted on. Meeting minutes were sent out via email and are available to members upon request at liberiansincolumbus@gmail.com.

The Trinity International Baptist Church Family is deeply sorry to inform the Community and our Visitors of its transition from the present place of worship on 1676 East Broad due to the condition of the building and the request of the City to demolishe it for our safty and health issue. As we seek God face for our next move or place of future worship we have decided to keep the congregation together as we assemble every Sunday at 12:00pm and Monday at 6:00pm for Prayer and Praise Service at 4271 Donlyn Court, Columbus, Ohio 4271 We ask of your indulgence that you join us in prayer and supplication in making the decison for the future of our Church that is the will of God and Christological. We will have you inform in our search to do God's business and be a service to you as we have been in years past.
